CEO, Abraham Benhayoun Immigration Law Offices
[location here]

My name is Abraham Benhayoun and I'm the CEO and owner of the Law Offices of Abraham Benhayoun.   We're an immigration law practice.

I've been a member of Leading Peers for about two years.

I can tell you that it's been the best decision I've ever made for myself as a business owner.

Since I joined Leading Peers, my firm has grown extraordinarily, not just financially, but also in the processes and in the way that we function as a law firm.  We're on track to hit numbers that honestly, I didn't know were possible, at least this quickly, and I have Leading Peers to thank for that.

Leading Peers’ most valuable contribution to my firm has been the accountability it's given me and the clarity to lead as a business owner.  As lawyers, you're trained to work and look hard at cases, but you're not really trained to grow businesses.  So that's where Leading Peers came in for me and that's the value that it added.

The most powerful effect Leading Peers has had on me is, again, becoming a better CEO, a great CEO, and leader.  It's given me the accountability and helped me create processes and systems so that we have a firm that is not heavily reliant on just me and everything comes back to me, but rather having systems, processes, people, and being able to scale and grow that business in a way that's more profitable and better and we can accomplish more, help more people and everyone's happier.

I would strongly recommend Leading Peers to any business owner or CEO that feels that their business can do more, can be bigger and better, but they don't have the accountability or the systems in place that can help them achieve those goals.  Leading Peers gives you a set of goals but also accountability.  They ground you as a CEO.

Being a business owner can be lonely and Leading Peers gives you that support system that I can tell you firsthand for me was invaluable.  So, I would recommend it strongly for any business owner.

I guess another thing that I would add, one final note, is that Leading Peers aside from being growth oriented and looking and accomplishing business growth and developing and sharpening CEO skills and leadership skills, it's really a community.  You get to know people very intimately and help each other out with that business growth mentality.

So, I would say Leading Peers is a community in that sense.
